Synopsis of Event: |
Experience basic wushu and learn skills such as hand movements, balancing skills and simple kicks conducted by our team of elite and experience coaches. Other activities such as stretching, agility games and motor skills will be taught in the workshop. Participants will also be exposed to some of the common weapons used in wushu.
